FASAL 01

Interpretation and Definitions

In this document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" — refers to the bosku8 website accessible at bosku8.onl, including all subdomains, applications and related services.
• "User" — refers to any individual who registers, logs in or uses the bosku8 platform.
• "Account" — refers to a user's personal account registered on the bosku8 platform.
• "Account Balance" — refers to the total cash amount held in a user's account, excluding bonus funds that are still subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" — refers to any monetary or non-monetary incentive offered by bosku8 to users, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a bonus must be wagered before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Services" — refers to all online gambling products provided by bosku8, including online slots, live casino, sports betting, poker, crash games and others.

FASAL 02

User Eligibility

Use of the bosku8 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• Not subject to any legal restriction or regulation that prohibits participation in online gambling activities at the user's location.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and accept these terms.
• Has not had an account permanently closed by bosku8 due to a previous breach of terms.

bosku8 reserves the right at any time to require users to submit identity verification documents including an identification card (MyKad) or passport to confirm that age and identity requirements are met.

FASAL 03

Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to register and hold one account on the bosku8 platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal information, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts.

When registering, users are required to provide complete, accurate and current information. bosku8 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of such information at any time. Information to be provided includes:

• Full name as shown on the identification card
• Valid date of birth
• An active email address
• Valid mobile phone number

Users are fully responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Any activity that takes place under a user's account is the responsibility of that user, unless there is clear evidence that the account was accessed without authorisation and this is reported to bosku8 customer support promptly.

FASAL 04

Deposits and Withdrawals

bosku8 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of users in Malaysia. The deposit and withdrawal methods available include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

General terms relating to financial transactions are as follows:

• The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM30 per transaction.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per withdrawal request.
• Approved withdrawals are processed within 1 hour from the time the request is received.
• All deposit and withdrawal transactions must use a method registered in the same user's name.
• bosku8 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal for security and compliance purposes.

Users are not permitted to use third-party accounts to make deposits or withdrawals. Any attempt to use a payment method in another person's name may result in a temporary account freeze or permanent account closure depending on the assessment of the case.

FASAL 05

Bonuses and Promotions

bosku8 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing users, subject to the terms and conditions set for each promotion.

The bosku8 welcome bonus gives a 120% first deposit bonus up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the value of the bonus received before any winnings from the bonus are eligible for withdrawal. For example:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Account balance RM220 → Wagering requirement: RM120 × 25 = RM3,000
• Deposit RM2,600 → Bonus RM1,500 → Account balance RM4,100 → Wagering requirement: RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500

Additional terms relating to bonuses are as follows:

• Each user is eligible to claim the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user or converted directly to cash.
• bosku8 reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud or promotion abuse.
• Specific terms for each other promotion are set separately and communicated when the relevant promotion is launched.

FASAL 06

User Conduct and Responsibilities

Users agree to use the bosku8 platform solely for lawful and personal purposes. The following are strictly prohibited on the bosku8 platform:

• Any form of fraud, system manipulation or use of automated software (bots) to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of funds obtained through illegal activities to deposit into a bosku8 account (money laundering).
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Disrupting platform operations through any technical means, including cyberattacks or unauthorised access attempts.
• Submitting or spreading false information to bosku8.

FASAL 07

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, trademarks, logos, brand names and other materials on the bosku8 platform are the exclusive property of bosku8 or its relevant licensors. These rights are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are not permitted to:

• Copy, distribute or reproduce any content from the platform without prior written permission from bosku8.
• Use the bosku8 brand name, logo or trademarks for any commercial or misleading purpose.
• Modify or create derivative works from platform content.

Use of this platform does not grant users any ownership rights or licence over bosku8's intellectual property.

FASAL 08

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, bosku8 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by users as a result of gambling activity on the platform.
• Disruption to platform access caused by factors beyond bosku8's control, such as third-party technical failures, natural disasters or network outages.
• Loss of data or information due to unforeseen technical factors.
• Gambling outcomes that are unsatisfactory to users, given that all games involve an element of chance.

bosku8 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times.

FASAL 09

Termination and Account Closure

Users may close their account at any time by contacting bosku8 customer support via live chat or email. Before account closure is processed, all outstanding wagering requirements must be completed and any eligible account balance withdrawn following the standard withdrawal procedure.

bosku8 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• A request from the relevant legal authorities.
• Discovery that the user does not meet the eligibility requirements stated in Clause 02.
• Account inactivity over an extended period in accordance with bosku8's internal account management policy.

FASAL 10

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

bosku8 reserves the right to change, add to or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Such amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.

It is the user's responsibility to review this terms and conditions page periodically to ensure they are always aware of the latest version. The most recent update date is stated at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published is considered acceptance of that amendment.

FASAL 11

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

bosku8 operates under an international licence and complies with all compliance requirements set by the relevant licensing body. The platform provides online gambling services to users in Malaysia under a valid international licensing framework.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms and conditions or the use of the bosku8 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between the user and bosku8. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with the arbitration procedures set by the relevant licensing body.

In the event of a conflict between the Malay version and any other language translation of these terms, the Malay version shall apply and take precedence over any other translation.
